Calibration & Repair Services
CALIBRATION
Calibration is recommended at one year intervals for normal operating conditions (< 75% of maximum ratings), and at six month intervals for extreme operating conditions (>75% of maximum ratings), with the calibration involving pressure and temperature measurements over the full scale of the sensor. Calibration is required when the pressure sensor, or electronics are replaced.
Advanced Pressure Technologies Ltd. calibration center provides calibration & certification services for select downhole gauges, and surface loggers utilizing automated precision equipment.
APTL also provides mechanical gauge verification & calibration services in certain areas.
REPAIR
Advanced Pressure Technologies Ltd. also provides complete gauge repair, refurbishment and conversion for select gauges. All repairs include calibration and a one year warranty for the repair.
